These Terms & Conditions are effective as of 4th September 2025
These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Onagre platform and related services (“Services”). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
“Onagre”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refers to the Onagre service provider. “Customer”, “you”, or “your” refers to the individual or entity using the Services. “Account” means your registered profile. “Agents” are software components used to perform checks in your environment.
Onagre provides application monitoring as a cloud-based, fully managed service. A dedicated SaaS deployment on isolated infrastructure may be available upon request. An On-Premise option may be provided to eligible enterprise customers subject to separate terms.
You must provide accurate information and keep your Account credentials secure.
You are responsible for all activities under your Account.
If you represent an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.
Plans include Free, Pro, Enterprise, and optionally On-Premise or dedicated SaaS.
Paid subscriptions are billed via Stripe. Invoices and payment details are handled securely by our payment provider.
Taxes may apply depending on your location. All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
If you are on a Free plan, you may subscribe to a Pro plan instantly and autonomously. For existing paid subscriptions, upgrades are available only by contacting our support team. Downgrades are not available once a paid plan is active.
Do not use the Services to violate laws, infringe rights, or harm systems or data.
No abusive traffic, scanning, or load generation beyond your authorized checks.
Do not attempt to access other customers’ data or interfere with Service operation.
We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. Onagre uses only essential cookies required for core functionality. By using the Services, you acknowledge the Cookie Policy and Privacy Policy.
Onagre is hosted in France in data centers complying with French and EU laws.
Agents performing monitoring checks are hosted within the European Union.
Communications between agents, users, and the platform are protected with TLS encryption (certificate-based).
We strive to keep the Services available and performant. Maintenance windows, updates, or incidents may impact availability. Support is provided via support@onagre.io; enterprise SLAs may apply where expressly agreed.
Onagre and all related software, trademarks, and content are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any IP rights except a limited, revocable license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, applicable laws, or pose security/operational risks. You may stop using the Services at any time. Upon termination, your right to access the Services ends immediately.
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We disclaim all warranties to the extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities.
We may modify the Services or these Terms to reflect operational, legal, or security changes. Material changes will be communicated by updating this page and, where appropriate, via email or in-app notice, with the new effective date.
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in France, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules where applicable.
